TERMS OF SALE FOR MACHINERY
Once the product has been delivered to the customer, if it is necessary to send the item back to our premises for inspection and/or servicing, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The warranty covers parts with manufacturing defects.
When receiving the product, any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note for subsequent claims and, in any case, the phrase “PENDING INSPECTION” must be written on it. No claim will be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt of the product or where the aforementioned phrase has not been noted. Claims on these grounds must be submitted by email to: info@rmdistribucions.com
For returns:
All our products come with the corresponding warranty. In addition, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged during transport, you have 24 hours from the time of receipt. You simply need to note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery note so that the product can subsequently be replaced.

This must be notified in writing, stating the reasons, to the email address: info@rmdistribucions.com (attaching the necessary documentation and within the established deadlines).
The shipping costs paid for delivery and collection of the product will be deducted (the amount may vary depending on the rates applied by the transport agency and the dimensions of the product).
10% of the amount will be deducted to cover the product inspection costs.
Our website is protected with the SSL protocol so that browsing and payments are secure.
If a product is not available at a given time, we will contact you to offer an alternative or to give you the delivery time.
Delivery time may vary from 24 hours to 7 days, depending on availability, although in most cases orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
